“Summer Colors” motivation program for Indesit Company.

The program took place in 70 domestic appliance stores in Novosibirsk, Rostov-na-Donu and Chelyabinsk.

ONYX employees visited the stores in the guise of customers assessing the level of recommendations of Indesit domestic appliances. Those salespersons who had demonstrated good results had been awarded with useful gifts. We carried out the program “turnkey”, from developing creative solutions, POSM and souvenir products to manufacturing of those to attracting the salespersons for participation to results verification before giving out the gifts.
