The event was based on the creative concept with constructionthemedescribed as “What it takes to build a house”. The event took place in “Foresta Festival Park” hotel situated in a lively and environmentally clean area in the vicinities of Moscow.

The place where the event was held was turned into a “construction site”.“Animator foreman” whose responsibilities were also to entertain the participants, to support team spirit as well as to control completion of creative tasks, conducted applied masterclass.

Each of the ten teams was given a “project” during implementation of which the team was to demonstrate its talents, abilities and teamwork skills as well as good results of collaboration – overcoming obstacles and “building a house”.
