“Concordia” web-site was made in order to improve the level of knowledge of pharmaceutical institutions’ (PI) staff, such as PI managers, pharmacists, first table staff, about “Nycomed” company and the drugs it produces. The resource allowed conduction of staff motivation programs and monthly SMS-quiz, forming ratings of best drug salespersons with minimal part of “Nycomed” staff.
The motivation program covered 57 Russian cities. The following drugs were involved in the program: “Calcium D3”, “Gerimax”, “Sana-Sol”, “Nazivin”, “Marimer”, “Ksimelin”, “A-Cerumen”.
