A technical resource – web-site for motivation programs – has been developed for “Cotton-Club” company.
The company’s auditors announced the program to sales outlets’ employees. In frames of the program, gifts and prizes were to be given out to those fulfilling its conditions.
During the merchandisers’ visits to the involved sales outlets, “field data” was collected. After introducing the data to the above-mentioned resource, the former was systematized, participant ratings were formed and program winners were determined.
The Client was presented with individual access to the web-site where dynamics of data introduction as well as intermediate results of the motivation program could be seen and reports could be formed.
