SMS-training

In spring, 2009,the nation-wide program aiming to motivate and train “Hotpoint Ariston” stores’ salespersons was carried out.
The program included SMS-training during which the participants improved their knowledge via SMS-messages and answered 25 questions of a quizzing game.
The training included attestivemilestones via which participants with the highest level of knowledge of “Hotpoint Ariston” products were determined. The best salespersons received valuable prizes.
A total of 3,348 salespersons took part in the program.
