The long-term program aiming to promote new price plans started in April, 2009 and went on for one year.
A total of 150-200 points of sales in Saint-Petersburg, Moscow and Moscow Region were covered.
The action’s peculiarity consisted in combination of promoting activities and sales. To control the data, “MTS” company’s automated accounting system – “FORIS” – as well as its double – “Biling” – with remote access were used.
The main efficiency indicators were high price plan package sales and increase of “MTS” company’s loyal customer base.
